New Features Added

'All' column should be on the RIGHT side for Table All and Table All + None question types.

Rationale:

(i) Earlier the 'All' column was on left side for dropdown and custom-dropdown for Table All and Table All + None question types.
(ii) It was creating a confusion since the 'All' column for checkboxes was on right side.

How this works:
In this release, we have worked on showing the 'All' column from left to right so that it should be consistent in Table All and Table All + None question types for checkboxes , dropdown and custom-dropdown.
