Change Password

When a user login into the survey the user can change the password by clicking on the change password button

When the user clicks on the change password button.The below screen will appear

1.Is the new password where the user enter their new password in the field.Password must contain at least one number and one uppercase and lowercase letter and one special character, and at least eight or more characters.

2.Is the confirm password where the user re-enter their password to confirm the password field.

In the change password the user must fill all the fields otherwise the error message will prompt .Like if the user has clicked on the change password button without entering all the fields and clicking on the change password it will prompt a error message like below image:

In the above image it is showing validation as the user didn’t enter the password and clicked on the change password button.

In the above image it is showing validation as enter your confirm password as the user didn’t their confirm password and clicked on the change password button
When the user the enter password that is not contained the 8 character, 1 special letter, atleast 1 number and 1 uppercase it will throw validation like below image

After entering the password the user will enter the confirm password but the password and confirm password should match otherwise it will show an error message like image below:

After entering the both the fields New password and Confirm password.The user will click on the change password button

After clicking on the change password button.Thank you page will appear and there is a sign in button which will redirect to sign in page.
When the user clicks on the sign button it will redirect to sign-in page,it is essential for a user to login after changing password.

But when the user clicks on the discard button, site will be redirected to the page from which user has clicked change password.
