What should be included in an invitation email to participants

The content of the Invitation email would differ on the way you conduct your benchmark or assessment i.e. whether you are doing Public Assessment or Self Assessment.

For Public Assessment your invitation can have following content:

1. Introduction to your benchmark or assessment
2. Link to your methodology
3. Information about your assessment process
4. Link to the tool they can use to review the assessment and provide their comments
5. Unique Company Code to register into the tool with instructions
6. Credentials to the tool with intructions to login inside the tool
7. Link to the digital scorecard which gives them an overview of their preliminary scores along with the findings
8. Attached scorecard in case of pdf scorecards

For Self Assessment your invitation can have following content:

1. Introduction to your benchmark or assessment
2. Link to your methodology
3. Information about your assessment process
4. Link to the tool they can use to review the assessment and provide their comments
5. Unique Company Code to register into the tool with instructions
6. Credentials to the tool with intructions to register/login inside the tool
