As the name suggests these are the scorecard that are shared with the participants of the assessment or benchmark after the complete assessment cycle or benchmark is concluded.
Which means at the time of the generation of this scorecard all the information / data is finalised and there is conclusion in place. So based on this initial information these final scorecards can have following information:
Company Scores
Here we can display the preliminary score of the company, so company gets an idea about the score they have achieved. This is based on the scoring algorithm. Following are few of the way to display the overall scores
Average Scores
As when we are generating this scorecards we have the complete finalised information we can display various averages as shown below. This averages can give a comparative information to the companies on where they stand again their peers in the Sector / Region / Industry / Country / Overall etc..
At this stage we can also combine the 2 categories while getting the averages i.e. Region + Sector i.e. support you want to know the average of all the companies in Nordic Region and Telecom Sector. This gives a very specific information useful for the companies.
Rankings
Like in the case of Averages above we can also display the rankings of the companies. These rankings can also be by Sector / Region / Industry / Country / Global / Overall etc.. as displayed in the below image.
Normally its not advisable to show the the rankings in a chart as it always gives a negative impression i.e. if a company achieved 1st Rank then the bar in the bar chart for 1 would be displayed as the smallest compared to the companies who have received the lowest ranks.
Ranks can also be calculated for each section in the questionnaire so give an ideas to the companies about which area they need to focus on to progress in their journey.
Median Scores
Like in the case of Averages and Raks above we can also display the median scores. These median scores can also be by Sector / Region / Industry / Country / Global / Overall etc.. as displayed in the below image.
Company's tier rankings / level / category
Based on the scores they have achieved they can be given a tier ranking (eg. 1-5) or level names (eg. Prepare, Design, Implement, Embed, Review) or category (eg. Developing, Establishing, Maturing, Leading etc..) . This can be different for different benchmark's. These categories can be decided based on the ranges of scores. This suggests the companies about their current position and how much more they can achieve.
Chart with scores
We can show a bar chart with companies overall score and individual section level scores so that companies know how they are fairing for individual sections and where to improve.
Chart with companies Y-o-Y comparison
We can enhance the chart mentioned in the previous point to add year on year comparison of the companies overall scores and section level scores. This will help companies to compare their performance from the prevous years to know progress over the years and which areas they have performed better or worst compared to previous years.
Traffic Lights
This is a very interesting way to represent which areas the companies should focus on and put their attention to. In the below image its easy for companies to understand that they should first be focussing on RED area then on ORANGE and YELLOW while they are already doing good in GREEN areas.
Indicator / question level scores
We can show scores they have achieved for each of the indicators, to deep dive into each of the sections where they could have performed better. In this deep dive they would they can find indicator level gaps and understand which individual indicators they can focus on for the next cycle.
In the above image we are also showing count of companies who selected that particular option.
Indicator / question level responses or selections
We can show each individual selections for each of the indicators as a record for them to know how they achieved the score they achieved. What was selected so that they have the record of their own selection or what the analysts have selected based on the publicly available data.
Section level scores
We can show the scores the companies have achieved for each section. A great represtantion of this data could be in radar chart as displayed below
Analysts / assessors comments
For the public assessments we can show the comments / observations added by the analysts / accessors again each of the indicators. This helps them to review the comments and provide their comments in case they do not agree with analysts comments.
Indicator / question level evidence
For public assessments we can also show the evidence that was attached with individual indicators which can be links using which the evidence can be downloaded whenever needed. This further help the companies with their internal reviews and question analysts if they are not happy with the scores given by analyts.
Recommendations
We can display an automated recommendations based on the scores they achieved. These recommendations can also be automated based on the responses they selected for each of the indicators. This can be a great feedback for the companies to progress in their journey to excellence.
Next Steps
These are similar to recommendations but more towards a step wise approach where they have climbed X number of steps and what should they be doing for the next steps and progress in their journey.
Strengths
Sometimes based on the scores or responses we can also identify and display a companies strengths to make them aware of the good things they are doing and what are they strong at. This can motivate them to repeat those things or make it even better.
Weaknesses
Sometimes based on the scores or responses we can also identify and display a companies weaknesses to make them aware of the things they are can improve on and what are they weak at. This can point them to areas where they can improve.
For Investors / Public Scorecards
