    Template Setup for Table (All+None) Custom Dropdown

    1. Create a question with type Table (All).
    2. In the Table (All + None) question, first, add question type Row. This row will be the heading of the table. First row always will be used for heading. Template setup for Header row
    3. After that add a row. This row will be used for showing custom dropdowns. You can add as many custom dropdown you want.
