Disclosure Prefill Functionality

Introduction

For example, If we need to transfer the disclosure status from a previous year's survey to the current survey, we can utilise the Disclosureprefill functionality for this purpose.

Setup to make the prefill on for Current Survey

1.copy the previous year Survey template and rename it as per current year.Then simply click on the this symbol

In template this symbol is Copy responses symbol. so on it for all type of questions ,Pages,Sections.

Steps for prefill the Disclosure

1. Visit the first year survey and check the disclosure status according to your needs.There are two values for disclosure one is Public and other one is Private.
   

2. Visit the current year survey and check if your disclosure is prefilled.Make sure status should be the same in current survey which you did in Previous year survey.The prefill part is indicated by a border,making it easy to identify.
