Forgot Password

Introduction

There is already a functionality for forgot password for login user we have updated it to reset the password of manager account as well.
You can follow these steps to reset the password for your manager/admin account

1. Go to signin page

2. Click on Lost Your password link

• Enter your admin username (note it will not work for email for an admin/manager account)
• Click on send email

3. You would have received a similar email on your registered email

• Click on URL It will redirect you on signin page.
• This is your username.
• This is your generated Password.

Enter your username and password provided in mail to login and make sure you change your password once you are logged in.
