Below is the list of all the question types that we have in Probench.

This type of Text question type supports a maximum of 5 words in the response box. Enabling the feature ShowWordcount word limit is displayed below the response box.

3. Text 25:

This type of Text  question type supports a maximum of 25 words in the response box. Enabling the feature ShowWordcount word limit is displayed below the response box.

4. Text 150:

This type of Text question type supports a maximum of 150 words in the response box. Enabling the feature ShowWordcount word limit is displayed below the response box.

5. Text 250:

This type of Text question type supports a maximum of 250 words in the response box. Enabling the feature ShowWordcount word limit is displayed below the response box.

6. Text 500:

This type of Text question type supports a maximum of 500 words in the response box. Enabling the feature ShowWordcount word limit is displayed below the response box.

7. Text 1000:

This type of Text question type supports a maximum of 1000 words in the response box. Enabling the feature ShowWordcount word limit is displayed below the response box.


8. Popup Text:

If you want to use Normal text within popup then you have to select Popup Text Question type inside template. In Survey Popup Text question type appear like as below:

If you notice the structures in the above there are multiple combinations of question types are possible and there are many other different types of combinations are possible to have.

Secondly, even the branching logic's are possible to add within the tables such that:

  1. You can add conditions to show/hide certain rows of the table based on responses of another questions.
  2. You can add conditions to show/hide certain column of the table based on responses of another questions.
  3. Both the above can be done to the same table at the same time.
  4. You can provide column width for individual columns. Read here for more information

In the above image:

  1. Link: URL that was added by the users so that its clickable
  2. File: This field provides the link to the pdf file which was generated when the URL was saved i.e. link to the auto generated pdf file containing the snapshot of the webpage accessed using URL. This field also shows the timestamp on which the file was generated. This file is autogenerated by Probench.

This question type can be used when you want the Percent value entered should be directly converted into the scores and should be used as score for automatic score calculations.

This question type can be used when you want the Number value entered should be directly converted into the scores and should be used as score for automatic score calculations.

  1. Accepted Range: 0 - 1

If you want to use Normal Number within popup then you have to select Popup Number Question type inside template. In Survey Popup Number question type appear like as below:

38. Popup Percent:

If you want to use Normal Percent question type within popup then you have to select Popup Percentage Question type inside template. In Survey Popup Percentage question type appear like as below:

If you want to create question which needs mandatory selection from each column then you have to select Table (Exclusive) question type.

One dropdown:

Table rows will be visible on the bases of the dropdown selection.

Two dropdowns:

Table rows will be visible on the bases of the second dropdown selection.

The second dropdown options will be filtered based on the first dropdown selection.
