Rationale:
(i) Earlier the definition icon was like shown in below screenshot
How this works:
In this release, we have change the definition icon style to be more eye pleasing.

New Error Message for Invalid Answer Status
Rationale:
(i) Earlier only question number and Text used to be displayed in error message of Invalid Answer status.
(ii) It was not informative enough for table question types.
How this works:
We have made changes to rule DISPLAY_INVALID_STATUS for adding informative custom error messages.
