Prefill Functionality for newly created table question types

Introduction

If we want to transfer the data from the last survey to the current survey for the newly created table question type(Table(All+none),Table(All),Table(none),Table (Exclusive) )then we can use the prefill functionality

Setup to make the prefill on for Current Survey

1. Copy the previous year Survey template and rename it as per current year.Then simply click on the this symbol

In template this symbol is Copy responses symbol its copy the responses from previous year survey. We need to on the prefill for child question as well

For example:This is the example for Table(All+none)

2.Like the above we can follow the same steps for other question types.

Steps for prefill the newly created table question types

1. Visit the first year survey and fill the responses in the table according to your needs.

2. Visit the current year survey and check if your responses are prefilled or not .Make sure responses should be the same in current survey which you did in Previous year survey.The prefill part is indicated by a border,making it easy to identify.
