Rating Question Type

Introduction

You can use the rating question type to rate specific questions. These ratings are also displayed in the downloaded document, similar to a radio button format. This question types we can also use for collecting feedback.

Template Structure

To add the rating question type to a specific page, select the rating question type in the template. Then, add choices as rating indicators as options within that type. The display will appear as shown below.
