New Question Types (Versions: 4 / 4.5)

1. Year Question Type: This question type was created on only allow 4 numbers in the field so that users can only enter year.
2. Month and Year Question Type: This question type was created on only allow users to only select Month and Year from the Date Picker.
   
3. Column Total Question Type: This question type will allow the calculation of the numbers entered in the column to totalled and displayed as the last Row

Rationale:
This new page was developed to provide the logs of all the emails sent through Probench so that it Administrators can verify the emails sent and also check if the emails were actually sent by the system. To view this logs below is the menu details.
