Rule Engine (Versions: 3 / 4 / 4.5)

This feature is created to incorporate various rules within the questionnare in addition to the existing branching logic which are achieved using conditions.
Using this new feature admin users can create various rule based calculations, pre-populations etc..

Same rule can be used for different indicators / questions throughout the questionnare while having different input values. So the users do not have to create the same logic multiple times but can only provide the details of input values.
