New Features Added

Make your own chart type (Versions: 3 / 4 / 4.5)

Rationale:
You can make you own chart type using above and many more such configuration, this will save you time from repeating same configurations for more than one charts.

This will save your time from making the same configuration changes for more than 1 charts.

Survey Breadcrumb (Versions: 4 / 4.5)

Rationale:
In case of complex survey structure with Sections, Sub-Sections and Pages there was always a confusion for the end users about "the page they are working on is under which section" or "what the parent section name of this page?"

How it works
So to reduce this confusion we have not introduced a breadcrumb style display where Page Heading will include the names of all the parent section like in the images below

Additional Formating Options for Inline Texts (Versions: 3 / 4 / 4.5)

Rationale:
As the Inline Text in the Survey templates were now being used for multiple purposes like Guidance Text, Help Text, Additional Information again few for the indicators etc.. which are mainly to help the end users know what that question means or what information they have to provide, it was important to enable manager to format the information to make it more intuitive and informative.

How it works
As displayed in the image below we have added some additional formatting options which would help the managers to make the text more user friendly.

RESPONSE function can now be used for prefilling or setting the default for a question (Versions: 4 / 4.5)

Rationale:
Before this release it was only possible to set default using a nodeId or a specific value and also they should be from the same survey, but after this change it would also be possible to set default value using RESPONSE() function which was used to set the conditions. This will enable the users to default the value from an altogether different survey.

How it works
We can now set a default using the RESPONSE function like

RESPONSE(nodeId, SURVEY_NAME)

Bugs Fixed

Import Responses

1. Choice text with the spaces in the import file is now considered as a valid input. System now trims the spaces automatically at the time of import.
2. Users were not able to download the files they used to import from the import logs, this is now fixed.

Alert message Send Invite

We recently got a complain from one of our clients invitation emails which was supposed to be sent to 1 company was send to all the companies. This was completely accidental and as system did not warn the user before sending it to all the companies.

So as a solution we have now added a confirmation alert which would confirm with the user before sending the invitations to all the users. This would prevent such accidents from happening going forward.

Live Scores

Live Scores functionality was not working for the Sections and Questions under branching logic, this is now fixed.

Help Links

Help links on the top of every manager page would not be pointing to the new documentation link.
