Use Cases

  • As more than one users may be working at the same time on behalf of the company if there is a need to know which user responded what or who responded to a particular indicator, this helps with the followup communication out of the system in case of any queries.
  • As more than one analysts may be assessing at the same time on a company if there is a need to know which analyst responded what or who responded to a particular indicator, this helps with the followup communication out of the system in case of any queries.
  • In case the analysts want to see what they or other analysts have responded to an indicator for a similar company which helps to make a decision.
  • User want to see what was responded to this indicator in the previous years to review the reason why it had changed this year compared to last year.

Benefits

  • Transparency: By having a way to check the history its transparent and easier to know who and when the responses were added or modified.
  • Time Saving: It saves time by showing the responses added for other companies to avoid going to each company to see their responses. Also to view the responses given last year saves time of going into previous year's survey to see the responses.
  • One-Stop-History: You can see all the history of that indicator at one place in a single dialog instead of looking for all the details in multiple places
