Scorecard Creation Process

This article will describe the steps we take for creation of a scorecard. It's 6 steps process as displayed in the below image.

Each of the above steps are described in brief below:

Step 1 - Prepare

Based on the provided data we prepare the system to hold all the information provided.

Step 2 - Import

After the preparation is done, we will be importing all the data to the system.

Step 3 - Process

The imported data might be and there would need some custom scoring, band, rank, averages etc... to be displayed on the scorecard, so this steps will assist with the same. There can also be a need for additional text based data that needs to be added to be used in the scorecards. This is a very important step.

Step 4 - Design

In this step a decision on the design for the scorecard will be made, are we using one of the existing templates or we are going to create a new scorecard from scratch. If needed at this point we can get help from external UI agency to help us with the design of scorecard. The decision on what to display on the scorecards and how will be made in this step.

Step 5 - Merge

This is the step where our team will be merging the processed data from Step 3 and HTML from Step 4. Here the actual scorecard with dynamic data will take shape and tested.

Step 6 - Integrate

In this step the final version of the scorecard will be integrated your website using iFrame or we can create a custom URL which would work like a microsite.
