    Template Setup for Table (All + None) Checkbox

    Description for above screenshot:

    1. Create a question with type Table (All+None) .
    2. In the Table question, first, add question type Row. This row will be the heading of the table. First row always be for header.
    3. Then add checkboxes question type to add row with checkbox choice.
    Note:

    Table (All+None) functionality only work when all child questions marked as voluntary as marked in screenshot with red border.

    • Add inline text for showing heading of columns.
    • You can click on highlighted button with red border to expand and add heading to columns.

    1. Add checkboxes question type inside Table (All + None).
    2. Add row inside the checkboxes questions.
    3. To add heading to row use inline text.
    4. Add choice questions to show checkbox in row.

    Row structure : checkboxes > row > choice

    It is mandatory to give question text to choice question type under Table (All + None)

    All Asset Checkbox

    All asset checkbox will be added automatically at the right hand side of choice question type added in template. When all asset checkbox is selected or unselected all checkboxes in that row will be selected or unselected.

    The structure for adding None of the Above and Not Applicable rows in Table (All+None) is similiar to structure of checkbox, we need to add Exclusive instead of choice as marked in above image.
