Step1: Open source data from SOP.
Step2: Find "Combined Template Fields" below "Scorecard Team Name".
Step3: Find combined fields for your team below first template field in Combined Template Fields row.
Step4 Copy the content of that cell.

For e.g as shown in the above image, if your team is Collaborator your combined field are present in E8 cell.
