Use Cases

  • Inviting Survey Participants: A Company Manager wants to invite several users to participate in an assessment survey.
    1. Access the feature on the Share Page.
    2. Select users from a multi-select list who have the Manager's specific code.
    3. Click the "Invite" button to send invitations.

  • Automatic Region Assignment:Upon invitation, users need to be categorised correctly within the system.
    1.The system automatically assigns invited users to the "Assessment" region.

  • Email Notification: The system sends a personalised email to the employee's Primary Contact Email containing all necessary details.

  • Reinviting Participant:A manager needs to resend the invitation to a specific participant.

    1. The manager clicks the "invite" button in the invited Stakeholders list to resend the email notification.
