Using already uploaded evidence

As a part of our evidence library there is a way to search for an evidence that was uploaded for another question/indicator to avoid uploading same file multiple times to the system.

Use cases

• Normally most of the information for the evidence is available in 1 or few documents (eg. Sustainability report) so in such cases its convenient for the users to upload the document once and then keep using the same documents for different indicators specifying respective page numbers or headings.
• If there is one super user having all the documents they can upload it and let the collegues use the documents without passing them over an email and asking them to upload. This will keep the documents secured and at one place

Benefits

• Easy maintenance - Just upload one document containing all the evidence and keep using it for different indicators specifying the page number or headings.
• Save time - You do not have to spend time uploading same file again and again and loose precious time.
• Multiple user convenience - Once a user upload an evidence other users responding to other part of the assessment / questionnaire can directly use the evidence without worrying about uploading the evidence again.
• Easy to search - Search by URL or name for easier access.
