Article summary

This is Gautam Shah, Director at 73bit Limited. Thank you for taking the time to evaluate Probench. I would like to give you a quick background on "Why did we build Probench?".

15 years of building

We are building software products for nearly 10 years now serving customers like Business in the Community (BITC), UNPRI, Textile Exchange, Access to Nutrition Foundation, Business Benchmark for Farm Animal Welfare and many more

Probench is only product that we are focused on.

Over many of working in this industry we have observed many Not for Profit Organizations, Think Tanks, NGO's and Government organizations work on Excel sheets to conduct various benchmarks and assessments. While working on excel solves the purpose with less data, it starts to get messy as the data starts to get bigger and complex which leads to a greater level of frustrations among analysts.

According to us analysts should get more time to analyse the data and make sense out of the collected data rather than focusing on managing, validating and doing statistical calculations. Only of the analysts are able to make more sense of that; the real purpose of benchmarking & assessment is served and the participants would get the value of their time spend in providing data.

This is when we understood, given our expertise building great enterprise products. So for more than 10 years we have been working on Probench to help our clients automate their complete Benchmarking and Assessment process. During this time we have created a whole suite of functionalities that would help our clients do complete automation.

We have been working on various requests from our clients that would help us take Probench to next level and address all the areas in the journey towards a seamless Benchmarking and Assessment.

Focussing on clients working towards UN's SDG Goals helps us contribute our part towards the goals

Following are the 3 main areas of Benchmarking and Assessment that Probench helps you Automate:

  1. Data Collection - Using flexible surveys
  2. Data Analysis - Validating, Normalizing and calculating scores & averages using 50+ excel like formulas
  3. Feedback - Providing recommendations, scores using intuitive charts and graphs back to the participants

In addition to covering the main cycle of Benchmarking and Assessment we also enable our clients to:

  1. Streamline Communications - By sending invitations, reminders.
  2. Import Existing Data
  3. Manage Access
  4. Manage survey timelines
  5. Automated Scoring

There are many more features that can enhance your process and further automate.

We are continuously innovating in this space. Our ambition is to make Probench the go-to product for conducting any benachmarking and assessment (public or private)

I hope you'll find Probench as a useful product for your benchmarking and asessment process. I've put together a getting started article called "5 basic things to get started" to give you a head start.

Regards,
Gautam Shah
