Save survey evidence to cloud storage
Probench includes a feature that allows evidence added in surveys to be stored in cloud storage instead of the application server. Currently, we support uploading evidence to either AWS S3 storage or Azure Blob Storage.
If you would like to enable this feature in your Probench instance, please contact our team, and we will assist you with the setup.
Once the feature is configured, you can manage it by navigating to Setup > Manage Features and searching for the UseCloudStorageForFiles option. This feature can be enabled or disabled as needed.
If cloud storage is enabled, you will still have access to your old files stored on the Probench server. When retrieving a file, Probench will first attempt to fetch it from the cloud storage. If the file is not found in the cloud storage, the system will fall back to retrieving it from the Probench application server.
Do not enable this feature unless cloud storage has been properly configured by 73bit. Activating it without prior setup will result in errors when users attempt to upload evidence.
